We began working in the province in 2013 in Sa Thay and Kon Plong districts. We now have a pilot model on watershed forest protection collective rights. We led a forest land allocation programme (FLAP), and are starting a long-term FLAP and land use planning exercise based on customary law.  We are also setting up a LandNet sub network. We are working with Ro Ngao and Ba Na ethnic minorities in Ho Moong commune. In Kon Plong district we are working with Gia Rai, Ho Re, and Xo Dang indigenous ethnic minorities in Po E and Dak Tang communes.
