Participatory Video training for young Tay people in Khe Vap village Bac Lang commune, Dinh Lap district of Lang Son province
- Training on Participatory Video (PV) for young Tay people in Khe Vap village was conducted to introduce use of high but easy-to-use technology as a tool to record their own lives’ activities. The training is an effort of CIRUM to enhance Ethnic Minority communities’ confidence in translating their thoughts into media products. The training was funded by Bread for the World.

“The training is helpful. My photos used to be shaky and blur, but now I know how to capture nice ones. I am also confident to tape videos, collate them into short movies, and add sounds and other effects. ” La Tien Quyen, an eighteen years old student said.
